Use this form to sponsor a Division, a Medal Finals class, or to become a "Friend

The "Feelin' Groovy" Memorial Horse Award 2008 Nomination Form

Use this form to nominate any past or present TVHSA-shown horse that you feel

deserves special recognition for his on-going contribution to the horse show world.

The TVHSA Sportsmanship Award 2008 Nomination Form

Use this form to nominate any TVHSA Junior, or Senior (Amateur) member, or

family member of a TVHSA member, who you feel has shown outstanding

sportsmanship, most especially on an every-day basis.  (Sorry, but this award

is not open to professionals.)  Deadline for submission is December 10, 2008.
